Can I bring my own item for you to customize?

Yes! You bring it and we will engrave it, unless its too big to fit in our shop. Please contact us via our contact form to schedule an appointment.

Can you engrave custom logos and artwork?

Yes we can engrave custom work. You can upload your design or art during checkout. You can also email us directly at daisyor88@gmail.com with your custom design or artwork. There is a one time flat setup fee of 30.00 for custom logos and artwork. Once we have the design you will not have to pay this fee again.

Do you have artwork I can choose from?

Daisy's Gift Shop and Designs has hundreds of different designs for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation, and many other occasions. If you want something different than what you see on the product picture, contact us via our contact form and we can show you free art work that you can choose from that is more geared toward your occasion.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard Order Fulfillment and Shipping: 1-2 Weeks

How much does it cost to personalize?

All of the prices on our site include engraving. We do not charge per character or word. We make effort to engrave your custom text on the piece you choose. While we are designing your personalized item, we provide options to accommodate your requests. If the text is too lengthy for the size of the piece, we will work with you to come up with suitable alternatives.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the piece and the shipping address. The shipping charges will be calculated after you enter the shipping address and before you enter your credit card info. We often have specials for reduced or free shipping and advertise that. You can sign up for email promotions that can significantly reduce the cost of shipping.

What if items arrive broken or do you have a return policy?

If a gift item arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Since all of our items are personalized or engraved, we cannot accept returns. Before your items are made we require your approval of the design. Prior to shipping we will contact you with photos of the items and require your approval.

What types of material can be engraved?

Our services cover a wide variety of materials including, wood, glass, leather, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, paper or card stock, various cloths, and plastics. We can try to experiment with any other materials but you must understand that there is a chance that it will be unsuccessful.
